RETURN LABEL

  1. Please pack the item carefully in its original packaging.
  2. Place the fully completed return slip into the package.
  3. Contact us and request a return label and customs form from our customer care team.
  4. Print out the return documentation (label and customs form).
  5. Fill in the customs form and attach it with the returns label clearly visible to the outside of the package.
  6. Drop off your return package at the appropriate place or have the package ready at the agreed date of collection.
