When choosing a sports bra, think about the activity
you’ll want to wear it for. For running and mountain biking you’ll need a sports
bra that offers a lot of support, whilst skiing requires medium support and for
yoga, a less-supportive bra in a nice, soft material will do the job. Since a

important. It should fit snugly, but still allow you to take deep breaths without
