Order process
Search for the product you'd like to buy on Addnature and put it in our virtual shopping basket. The selected products can be deleted from the shopping basket by clicking on the button. The number of products can also be adjusted by changing the number. If you are satisfied with your selection, please click on the 'Next' button.
If you already have a customer account, please enter your e-mail address and password and click on the 'Login' button. By clicking the 'Specify new delivery address' button, you can input a new address. Please confirm the delivery address by clicking on the 'next step' button.
If you do not have a customer account yet, please enter the required data into the form and click on the 'Next' button. We need your address in order to send your order to you.
Choose your preferred payment method. An overview as well as information about our payment methods can be found here. Click on the "Next" button.
On the next page we have summarised your order for you. You can correct your data via the respective 'edit' link. By clicking the 'buy now' button, you have committed to purchasing te items in your shopping basket offer.
After submitting your order, you will receive an automatically generated acknowledgment of receipt by e-mail which lists the details of your order. This e-mail serves as proof that your order has been received by us.

Orders will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days from Monday to Saturday. The products are accompanied by all the important documents, such as operating manuals, supplementary papers and, of course, the invoice with the indicated VAT.
Unfortunately it is not possible to add a product to your order as soon as your order is processed shortly after the order has been placed.
No, there is no minimum order value for orders. However, the delivery costs vary depending on the size or value of the order.
No, unfortunately we can only supply you the products which we also offer in the shop. Special orders are unfortunately not possible with us.
You can ask to cancel your order, but there is no guarantee we’ll be able to do it. Whether or not we can cancel your order depends at which stage the shipping process is – if your order hasn’t yet been prepared for shipping, we might still be able to cancel it. Because some products come from other warehouses, we might not be able to cancel your order.
