The third generation of Scott's popular Supertrac trail shoe continues in the same vein as before. The All Terrain Traction sole with its strategic V-shaped lugs provides effective traction on varying terrain, from wet rock to mud and over gravel. With an Eride concept midsole, it also provides an energy-efficient stride that reduces heel strike and delivers a crisp kick. The underfoot has an 8-millimeter drop and a midsole made of Aerofoam+, a slightly more stable EVA foam that helps you keep your feet in line when the ground gets rough.

Above, the foot is wrapped in an extra durable (running in the wilderness can eat shoes) mesh material, and the toe area has a generous protective toe box.
