Merino wool
Merino wool is used for Devold products. This wool has an extraordinary sheen, maximum breathability and is incredibly soft. Merino wool is very strong but soft on the skin and has a natural elasticity. The fiber is softer and more comfortable on the skin than conventional sheep's wool.

Micron
The fineness of the wool is given in micrometers. The number of micrometers, i.e. the fineness of the fiber in thousandths of a millimeter, is considered a quality criterion. The fewer micrometers the wool fiber has, the finer it is.
