Used these for a few weeks on field practice. Quite pleased, they are comfortable and not as fluttery in the leg openings as the longer model. The biggest disadvantage is that they can only be washed at 40 degrees, which feels a bit unfresh for underwear, but that's probably ok because it's merino. Some competing brands can be washed at 60, I think I will buy those next time. Experienced the model as quite small in size, had to choose a larger size than I usually do.
