Buffercone
The human body produces heat, the most effective form of insulation is that which prevents its loss. UYN technicians have developed a material with an innovative structure that is highly effec-tive in retaining heat. This permits a three-dimensional, baggy surface structure in which heated air is trapped in socalled “buffer cones”, thus generating a buffer zone. Unlike conventional fleece materials, the thickness of the structure can be adjusted as desired. Based on the map-ping of the heat distribution produced by the human body, it is possible to create areas with high, medium and low insulating power.

Membrain 115
UYN's exclusive intelligent membrane, waterproof and breathable at the same time. Its distinctive feature is its very high extension capacity. Unlike traditional membranes, Membrain 115 does not limit the elasticity of the fabric to which it is paired, allowing it to be flexible and comfortable.

Ergomotion
After studies and comparative tests between different models, we have created a sleeve and shoulder design that follows the shoulder blade profile. This system allows the jacket to adapt perfectly to the body and to follow every movement of the arms without limits. Ergomotion has al-lowed us to eliminate the annoying feeling of constraint traditionally felt when wearing a jacket and to replace it with total freedom.

Haloflex
Haloflex is an innovative manufacturing technique that allows for ergonomically optimized apparel - almost completely without seams. The three-dimensional structure of the fabric at different density levels makes extraordinary functionalities possible: enhanced flexibility of the fabric, effective thermoregulation when in contact with the skin and increased aerodynamics.
