UVEX Race 9 Helmet all black matt

In the hunt for a new personal best time, everything has to be just right - no matter whether it's on the spontaneous after-work lap, training for the next race or the race itself. uvex has developed the uvex race 9 for all racing bike enthusiasts who are looking for the ultimate helmet to feel good all round.

This competition-ready helmet combines a seamless inmould construction with a light, reinforcing cage. To make the helmet even lighter, the protective EPS material is foamed directly into the shell. The integrated two-part cage holds the helmet firmly together in the event of an impact, providing additional protection. Thanks to this design, the uvex race 9 also has extremely large ventilation openings. Moreover, the unembossed helmet pads prevent moisture from settling in the first place. This combination keeps the head cool even on sweaty tours. The helmet's height and width can be adjusted using the 2IAS half ring system for an optimum fit.

IAS system
With the uvex IAS system, helmets can be adjusted in their width. After all, everyone has their own individual head. However, heads differ not only in their circumference, but also in their height.

The uvex monomatic comfort closure can be opened and closed with one hand.

FAS belt strap system
The Fast-Adapting-System webbing can be easily and infinitely adjusted exactly to your head shape. This keeps the helmet firmly on your head in all situations and the strap always stays in the optimal position.

inmould technology
The protective EPS material is foamed directly into the polycarbonate shell: for a lightweight helmet construction with maximum impact resistance and the perfect fusion of EPS inner layer and PC outer layer.
