Aluminium
Aluminium is a lightweight material characterised by fast and even heat distribution. This avoids burning in the middle of the frying pan. The hard surface also offers good protection against scratches and wear. Ultralight aluminium is 50% stronger than conventional aluminium. This means that a smaller amount of the material is required during production, which makes the storm stoves lighter

Hard anodising

I have come back to Alu in the meantime after a lot of titanium pots. If it is hard-anodized, it has indeed the aluminum disadvantages (delivery of aluminum in food) no more. Ti, if you are really lightest pots caught, may be slightly lighter, but: The Trangia "innerspans" are practically equally light. Attention: The Trangia pots without the contents markings are much heavier, so always pay attention to the weight. Alu conducts the heat much better than titanium. Result less fuel consumption than with titanium. Is then reflected in the fuel weight. Next: Food burns less because the heat is better distributed.
