Combining outstanding comfort, value and packability, the Trail Lite makes the perfect companion for your next backpacking or camping adventure. The die-cut premium foam is light and packable while still delivering critical warmth at camp. The 1.5-inch (3.8 cm) pad boasts a 3.2 R-value for three-season comfort.
The versatile self-inflating pad features the high-performance WingLock valve, which has three times the airflow rate of the classic valve thanks to a larger opening and one-way inflation. The pad includes a compact stuff sack.

The R-value (= heat transfer coefficient) indicates how well the mat conducts heat and is used to indicate its insulation properties. The higher the R-value, the better the mat insulates in regards to how much heat is lost through it. Therefore, the R-value can be used to assess the temperature properties of insulating mats.

Good quality, comfortable, but small and slippery

Trail Lite Mat is of good quality, comfortable to lie on, but I find it small and somewhat slippery (with the Mammut sleeping bag I have). I am 182 cm/78 kg. Would have chosen a Large.
Easy to fill/deflate. A bit tricky to pack up in the bag, but you learn to roll hard. And so it is with all sleeping mats.
No punk so far.
