I use the lamp for running. It gives a decent amount of light, is also easy to charge. The biggest downside is that the lamp radiates far too far. I can tilt it slightly, but that is not enough. I am walking in a wooded area, where you still want a good view of where you put your foot on paved paths. That is a very specific reason to give only 3 stars. If you know that you are running on clean flat asphalt, it is absolutely great.
