When do we send the order?

Order before 3 pm Mon-Fri and we'll usually dispatch your order the same day.

How long does delivery take?

You will receive your goods about 2-4 business days after ordering. The tracking process allows you to keep track the delivery of your goods.

By which transport company will my order be delivered?

We cooperate with our reliable partners DHL (small parts and clothing), UPS / CargoLine (for bicycles, wheels and tyres) and Koch (for e-bikes). After the order has left our logistics center, you will receive a confirmation of delivery by e-mail. The current status of your shipment can be tracked via your customer account. If you don't have an account with us tracking details will be sent via email once your item is shipped. Your order will be delivered directly to your doorstep.

Can the delivery address be changed after delivery?

No, a change of the delivery schedule is unfortunately no longer possible after transfer to the delivery service provider.

Can I cancel my order after shipping?

Where possible we'll endeavour to cancel your order. Contact Customer Service as soon as possible to see what we can do.

Which day will my order be delivered on?

Your order will be delivered from Monday to Saturday with DHL and from Monday to Friday with UPS / Cargoline.

Can I specify the day and time of the delivery?

No, unfortunately, this is not possible. Our delivery service provider has no influence on the exact delivery period. The exception to this is Koch (who deliver our e-bikes). They will contact you based on the info you've provided.

Where is my delivery?

The parcel service delivers your order to your doorstep.

Where don't you deliver to?

We don't deliver to BFPOs or outside of mainland UK and Ireland.

Is transport insurance included in the cost of delivery and what is the extent of this?

Every order that leaves our logistics center is insurance. The costs are borne by us - you do not have to pay anything. The transport insurance covers all damage and loss up to you receiving the goods. In every case you will receive an undamaged package with the complete contents of the order. Should something be damaged, please contact us.
