Unfortunately, we're not offering gift vouchers at the moment due to an unforeseen technical glitch. We're working on it and hope to have them available again soon. Thanks for your understanding!

Conditions for ordering and redeeming gift vouchers

  • Ordering gift vouchers incurs no delivery costs.
  • The delivery of voucher codes takes place after cleared payment by e-mail to the e-mail address given with the order.
  • Gift vouchers are excluded from returns.
  • You can only redeem a gift voucher once.
  • For technical reasons, a maximum of one voucher per order can be redeemed. 
  • A gift voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers.
  • After placing an order, no more vouchers can be redeemed for technical reasons.
  • The payment of gift vouchers takes place, as with all other orders with Addnature, only via the offered payment methods. The purchase on account or by installment is unfortunately not possible.
  • A cash payment in return for a gift voucher is not possible. Also residual credit of gift vouchers can not be remunerated.

How can I enter coupon codes

In the Addnature shopping basket you will find a field on the order overview in step 3 in the upper right corner where you can enter and confirm the corresponding coupon code. In general, only one voucher per order can be redeemed. For technical reasons it is unfortunately not possible to redeem a voucher after placing an order.

If you return the ordered goods again, the amount previously deducted from the voucher is credited again. In addition, vouchers can only be used for products in the shopping basket, not for shipping costs. There is no minimum order value.

Why is it that the voucher is not accepted by the system?

  1. The most common cause is a simple mistake related to a letter or number. Our recommendation: Copy the code from the voucher e-mail into the input field in the shopping basket. This is the most reliable way. Be careful not to enter any spaces in the voucher field.
  2. In general, only one voucher per order can be redeemed. Vouchers cannot be combined. The voucher has already been redeemed and is therefore no longer valid.
  3. The validity period of your voucher has already expired.
