Downtek water repellent down. Down clusters are designed to trap air pockets. These enclosures insulate and keep you warm and comfortable. With conventional down, moisture travels with the down and empties the air pockets, eliminating the down's ability to insulate. DownTek shields these insulating air pockets from all wet things, so that the down retains its ability to insulate even when wet.
