Good bag but increasingly unstable

Hello,
I've been riding this bag for years, I've ridden a total of around 150,000 kilometers as an everyday cyclist.
I ride this bag (almost always without a top case) because I can hold it in one hand and because it has so many outer pockets.
That's why I will continue to drive them.
The first bags were a Rose house brand.
They lasted 40-50 thousand km. Rose took her out of the program. Since then I have been driving the identical design under the red brand.
These bags will only last 20,000 km with me. The handle always comes off first. Even though I first remove the heavy things from bags before carrying them by the handle.
After that, the seams come undone in various places, even though I wear and set the bag down with velvet gloves.
But I can imagine that the bag is not planned for more kilometers.
A pity
I think the principle of a double pocket with an outer pocket is great.

Very spacious bags: you can take a lot of luggage (in my case groceries) with you. It's just hard to get to your stuff in the side bags when the big bag is on your bike. I can't attach the big bag to my seatpost (tape too short), nor does the velcro on the side bags fit very well to attach to my bike.
