NUTRIXXION energy bars are primarily suitable for consumption before and during exercise. How many bars you should generally consume cannot be said in general. We generally recommend: 1 bar approx. one hour before exercise. During exercise, the body can absorb between 60g and 90g of carbohydrates per hour. An energy bar contains on average about 35g. Depending on the intensity of the exercise, fitness level and weather conditions, you should decide for yourself how much of the required carbohydrates you consume by eating energy bars.
