I don't quite understand the good reviews. We have been using the tent almost daily for 4 weeks now. The weight and the height in the tent are positive. Great for two people. Is set up quickly.
Negative: Pannier has a huge opening and you can't really pull it together. It ripped very quickly and we now stow the tent in its own pack sack.
The biggest flaw, however, is the glued seams, which apparently weren't glued properly, which is why we had water in the tent on the first rainy night.
Half of the pegs are now also bent, although we only set them up in meadows so far.
What to say about the rescue of MSR, we could have sent our tent back. Since that is not possible on our trip, they send us seam glue free of charge, but with such an expensive tent I didn't expect to have to glue it myself after such a short time.

We had the MSR Elixir 3P. and were thrilled how quickly it can be set up, 10 minutes. and it stood securely in place, unfortunately my husband always found the tent a bit cramped with me and our two dogs and when it finally became unusable through his own stupidity (we had an empty but very tasty-smelling dog food can in Forgot the aside and the farm cats then completely tore and tore up one side looking for more), we opted for the Mutha Hubba, although it has the same floor space but is higher overall. I was totally disappointed! The tent is so incredibly difficult to set up in comparison, you have to tug, rip and tear until everything is in place that you think you've done something wrong and are now going to destroy it yourself, no mesh pockets in the tent roof, you could go to the elixir for that the headlamps can be stored great as a ceiling light, now you have to attach something extra, the carrying bag is half open, so something can slip out at any time and the inner tent is almost 20cm covered by the flysheet, the zipper of the door openings is so short that you can open it when you open it has to pull correctly in order to be able to fasten the "door". The poles have to be folded up about 4x as much, are very, very bulky and constantly dangling around you, so you can't dismantle or build them up like the elixir alone, even if you see something else on Youtube. I would have sent it back in a heartbeat if we didn't need it by next week, but having to take this tent with us ruins the tour already! The only benefit is the 1kg less weight but that really doesn't make up for the total loss of comfort! Never thought that 2 similar models from the same brand could be so different, absolute disaster...
