So far I have only used it once outside, but it was warm and good under the open sky at -10 degrees. It is extra insulated where you need it. The only thing I can point to for now is that it has a rather wide opening around the face, which is not necessarily positive when it's cold. Here you have to use a buff or something. It has elastic that can be tightened around the neck to minimize cold air entering the bag. I plan to use it on Kilimanjaro, so hope it can withstand colder temperatures with an inner bag. So far it is worth the money. I chose the long bag (I'm 173cm), and it seems like a good fit.

Replaced me from my 30 year old Mountain Equipment and what a difference! Warm and go and I especially liked that one did not twist into the sleeping bag when one turned around at night. A small minus that the compression bag took in some air and is not completely tight. I paddle a kayak and want tight packing bags.
