Misty 2.0 offers the stretch that climbers need, but is still tough enough for demanding use. The material is the often tested and proven Softshell WindStretch with a pleasantly soft and comfortable feeling on the inside. The cut offers maximum freedom of movement thanks to pre-shaped knees and stretchy material. Reinforcements with Duracoat at seat and knee and a curved inner seam on the leg reduce abrasion on the lower leg. Elastic and adjustable hem and a removable hook for laces. The WindStretch material uses bluesign-approved Ultramid Bio-Mass Balanced Polyamide.
Windstretch WindStretch is a soft shell material with outstanding abrasion resistance and stretch. Thanks to its breathability and ability to dry quickly, it keeps your body in the ideal temperature range for all activities. All WindStrech materials are bluesign certified.
Duracoat Duracoat is a unique surface treatment developed by Klättermusen to improve durability. It is a coating that is mainly used on sensitive areas, e.g. shoulders or elbows, where it increases the abrasion resistance up to five times. The Duracoat treatment is very soft and flexible. Since no additional seams or material layers are required, it improves the durability of the product without increasing the weight. Klättermusen has been using duracoat for many years.
Bio Mass Ultramid Polyamide is a durable and strong fibre that increases the life of the products processed from it. The Ultramid Bio-Mass Balance polyamide has the same high quality as conventional polyamide, but is much more sustainable. In the production of Ultramid Bio-Mass Balance polyamide, a certain proportion of fossil resources is replaced by the same proportion of a renewable raw material, such as biogas or bio-raw gasoline. Klättermusen invests exclusively in 100% renewable materials - a step towards a more sustainable product that helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions and saves fossil resources. The amount of renewable resources is assessed by an independent certification system.
Bluesign Approved Fabric The Bluesign Approved Fabric label guarantees that at least 90 percent of the textiles processed meet the strict safety and environmental requirements of the Bluesign Criteria.

If a textile component or a chemical substance completely fulfils the bluesign criteria, it receives the bluesign APPROVED label. It may only be used in conjunction with corresponding information from the producing textile manufacturer. An important sign for your transparency as a textile manufacturer and chemical supplier.
