The neutral shoe or cushioning shoe is equipped without pronation support (the lateral support of the foot). It is therefore particularly suitable for runners who have a regular rolling behaviour, i.e. who do not bend inwards or outwards when running. I now feel like an Athlete
I absolutely dreaded my running days/nights, previous running shoes left me with all sorts of joint aches. As it is free to run, the least i could do to regain my fitness. Since purchasing my Hoka one one, I now look forwards to pounding the pavement without agonising back, knees and ankle pain for a few days after each run. Tremendous support for super light shoes. Worth every penny.
