In its third edition, the Cavu challenges what’s possible with lightweight cushion. One of our lightest trainers, the Cavu 3 features a form-fitting stretch knit upper that provides an adaptive fit and locked-in feel. Hoka One One updated the midsole to include added comfort underfoot and enhanced Meta-Rocker, so you are propelled forward during your gait and can transition faster. A shoe that feels stable in the gym and is fast enough for quick turnover, the Cavu 3 is a nimble, everyday trainer.

Deeper Active Foot Frame in the midsole for more grip
New EVA midsole for more comfort on the sole of the foot
The neutral shoe or cushioning shoe is equipped without pronation support (the lateral support of the foot). It is therefore particularly suitable for runners who have a regular rolling behaviour, i.e. who do not bend inwards or outwards when running. The neutral shoe can be used in competitions, fast training or long endurance sessions. The cushioning can vary depending on the intended use. In order to achieve a more direct ground contact in competition, it is advisable to use a slightly damped shoe. In training on hard surfaces or with long units, more cushioned shoes offer better comfort and protect the joints.
