During the first set-up, two seams were torn when bracing, the bars cracked dangerously during the bending, during dismounting one of the steel connecting sleeves detached from the fiberglass rod. When the rods were pulled out, a distinct scratching was heard, caused by burrs on the steel sleeves. The tent was withdrawn without any major queries and the purchase amount was refunded within a few days. So the customer service works!
