Ultra-thin and lightweight membrane made of stretched microporous PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). Very breathable and permanently waterproof membrane.

LFX - LATERAL FLEX TECHNOLOGY
Due to its design, the upper of the shoes moves more easily outwards (laterally) and thus synchronously with the lower leg axis. In the FERRATA II, a particularly abrasion-resistant fabric made of polyamide and polyurethane yarns supports the stability of the upper. A more flexible polyamide fabric is used for the "flex zones".
