The lightweight trekking shoe, developed with the PROOF Eco membrane technology. Made from a breathable mesh with a waterproof finish. It’s also part of the L.I.M range - in which weight is kept to an absolute minimum, without sacrificing any of the performance or durability. Bolstered with reinforcements at key points and built to a clean, streamlined design.
AHAR+
AHAR+ is a new compound of blown Asics High Abrasion Resistant rubber on the outsole. This material is used in high-friction areas of the shoe, which cuts down on excessive wear.

The shoes look great and are pleasantly light and comfortable. My partner also has them in a different color and I also have them in a low-cut - we thought they were so great at first.
Now that we've worn them for a season - of course always alternating with other shoes and with the necessary care - they still smell badly, although neither of us tend to sweaty feet and we don't know that from other shoes either.
Also, both his pair and mine have a part of the sole that has come loose, which we can't explain - it's the exact same spot on both pairs, so we're assuming it's a manufacturing defect.
Overall, we are therefore not very satisfied.
