I am a size 36 and I bought a size 37. It fits nicely and is comfortable. I feel that while my toe touches the shoe and fits quite nicely, there is a lot of room for movement in the vertical direction. I am aware that climbing shoes are not supposed to have room for movement in the toe area. However, I am okay with the little space for movement since it is not as painful and I can wear it for a long time in the gym. Overall, it is a nice shoe for Absolute Beginners.
