Air Tuning System
The lightest back system for Evoc's lightest backpacks. The AIR TUNE SYSTEM offers minimal contact area and maximum back ventilation for performance applications. Ventilation channels, 3D air mesh padding and shoulder straps with ventilation openings are the features for maximum breathability when hunting for seconds or simply a little bit more comfort.
NYLON 210/D RIPSTOP, PU COATED
The requirements for the perfect outer material for backpacks / bags can be summarized in four characteristics: durable, abrasion-resistant, water-repellent and light. This is exactly what Nylon 210/D Ripstop offers. A fourfold PU coating of the light nylon base material provides moisture protection and abrasion resistance. A microfibre fabric divides the base material into square segments to prevent the expansion of cracks - hence the name Ripstop.
P 600/D, PU COATED
A very robust fabric for areas subject to high wear. It is also tear-resistant, light and absorbs almost no moisture. In combination with these properties, it is the ideal material for highly stressed bags or the bottoms of bags and backpacks.
AIR MESH
Air Mesh has pores that allow optimal air circulation while being small enough to prevent the absorption of moisture. This makes it the perfect upper material, for example for the backs of Evoc protector backpacks.
3D AIR MESH
This three-dimensionally structured fabric with different thread thicknesses (P75D*30D) offers optimum ventilation and padding properties for back parts and shoulder straps.
ATILON PE-FOAM
