Neutral
The neutral shoe or cushioning shoe is equipped without pronation support (the lateral support of the foot). It is therefore particularly suitable for runners who have a regular rolling behaviour, i.e. who do not bend inwards or outwards when running. The neutral shoe can be used in competitions, fast training or long endurance sessions. The cushioning can vary depending on the intended use. In order to achieve a more direct ground contact in competition, it is advisable to use a slightly damped shoe. In training on hard surfaces or with long units, more cushioned shoes offer better comfort and protect the joints.

The previous model was a great fit, but didn't last long

To the original
I am rating the previous model here because it is no longer available. If this post is disallowed, so be it. But I think my words are still relevant here.
Per:
- Fit almost perfect for my narrow foot
- Ergonomic: Running in these feels good and right, never felt any pain.
Cons:
- After 8 months of relatively few runs, the sole of the previous model is now almost as smooth as a dance shoe and the sole of the new model looks almost identical.
- The heel strap is now dissolving extremely, which was probably also increased by my giant crooks.
Conclusion: If the previous model could have endured a little more "wear & tear", I probably would have bought version 2.
