The title says it almost all. Silk is very skin friendly: cool in summers and warm in winters. No side opening and that is a big plus for me. Use it as an ultra light weight sheet sack in mountain huts and as a liner in my down mummy sleeping bag - keeps the bag longer clean and adds comfort & warmth. 4 Stars because the price is hefty.
