La Sportiva began when Narciso Delladio started crafting leather boots for the farmers and lumberjacks of Fasse and Fiemme valleys in Italy. After World War 2, word spread about Delladio’s boots and their popularity spread around the region. Since then, the company has gone on to build a solid reputation worldwide for their sturdy boots and durable outdoor apparel.
