The bag looks attractive to me. The window for the mobile phone with its own inner pocket is great. Unfortunately, however, the closure does not stay securely closed, so that the bag is out of the question for me when there is a lot of water. The only thing that keeps them off is rain from above. When lying in the water, however, the bag is likely to fill up. I didn't try it, but the rolled up closure wound itself back up. So I'm sending them back.

We got the bag for water sports (dragon boat) and it's great. It fits everything we need and the workmanship is also good.

It's a bit small. For sure not 2.5l like despcription says.
You can just fit one 1l Nalgene waterbottle insize it.
So i think the actual size is more like 1.25l.
Quality doesn't seem super either. Im not saying it´s bad, but its just mislabeled size wise. it could fit your phone, keys and passport + some extra though. i paid 9 eruos for it. hoped it to be 2.5l but it was smaller. but it´s still ok.
