The aim of the development of the new LUMOTEC IQ Cyo, an LED headlight for e-bikes with special IQ lighting technology, was to bring light where the cyclist really needs it for a safe ride.

Due to the enormous brightness of the IQ headlights, the field directly in front of the bike appeared very dark, although it is brighter than with halogen lights. The LUMOTEC IQ Cyo also offers optimised close-range illumination. The near field describes the range from approx. 1-4 m in front of the bike. This area remains more or less dark for all available headlights, which achieve their brightest point at a distance of approx. 10 m.

The LUMOTEC IQ Cyo is available exclusively as standard with electronic parking light, which can be switched off via the integrated rotary switch, after all it is not intended to point the way for potential bicycle thieves.
