OVALO – the yogi among the carabiners: Its oval form benefits the optimal position of the carabiner along its transverse axis and thus reduces dangerous transverse loading in every situation. Additionally, the round profile prevents the build-up of sharp edges due to rope friction and allows a fluid rope management. The OVALO screwlock carabiner with smooth-running, corrosion-resistant brass sleeve. Thanks to a special milling at the thread, the screwlock has a unique self-cleaning process. Special features of the OVALO GI are its additional red visual safety band [Gate Red] and a unique identification number [ID].
